Scope of This Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through <strong>Diventures Club<\/strong>, operated by <strong>Diventures Magazine LTD (United Kingdom)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By making a booking on the Platform, the customer confirms acceptance of this Policy, which forms an integral part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/diventureshub.com\/club\/terms-conditions\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"633\"><strong>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club operates as an <strong>online marketplace and payment intermediary<\/strong> and does not provide diving services directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the purpose of this Policy, the following definitions apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Service Start Date<\/strong>: The first scheduled day of the diving trip or diving course<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Platform Fee<\/strong>: Diventures Club commission and payment processing fees (non-refundable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provider Share<\/strong>: The portion of the booking amount payable to the service provider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer Arrival<\/strong>: The physical arrival of the customer at the provider\u2019s location<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Course Materials &amp; Registration Fees<\/strong>: Costs related to digital learning materials, manuals, certification processing, and registration with a recognized diving organization (e.g. PADI, SSI, SDI), once issued or activated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Customer-Initiated Cancellations (General Services)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before Service Start<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Amount:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2705 <strong>75% refund to the customer<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u274c <strong>25% non-refundable<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Cancellation Between 3 and 7 Days Before Service Start<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Amount:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2705 <strong>50% refund to the customer<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u274c <strong>50% non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Cancellation Less Than 72 Hours Before Service Start<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Amount:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u274c <strong>No refund<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.4 No-Show by Customer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Amount:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u274c <strong>No refund<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Failure to attend without prior cancellation is treated as full forfeiture of the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Special Conditions for Diving Courses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(Very Important)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1 Course Materials &amp; Training Organization Registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>diving courses<\/strong>, once <strong>course materials or training organization registration<\/strong> have been issued or activated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>cost of course materials and registration fees is non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This applies <strong>regardless of the cancellation reason or timing<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These costs may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital learning materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online theory access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student registration with a diving organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification processing fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2 Course Cancellation by Customer (At Any Time)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If a customer cancels a diving course <strong>for any reason or at any time<\/strong>, the refund will be calculated as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Amount:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refund = <strong>Total booking amount<\/strong><br><strong>minus<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Platform Fee (non-refundable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Course materials &amp; registration fees (non-refundable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any delivered or partially completed training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.3 Use of Course Materials After Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If course materials or registration have already been issued:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer <strong>retains access<\/strong> to online materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer may <strong>use the materials or registration later<\/strong>, subject to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The rules of the selected diving organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The policies of the issuing provider or training agency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club does not control the validity period or reuse conditions of training agency materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Provider-Initiated Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.1 Provider Cancels Before Service Start<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer may choose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2705 <strong>100% refund<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2705 <strong>Rebooking with an alternative provider<\/strong> in the same area at no additional platform fee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.2 Provider Cancels After Customer Arrival<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Amount:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2705 <strong>Pro-rated refund for undelivered services only<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u274c No refund for services already delivered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club may withhold or adjust provider payouts accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Provider Replacement or Referral<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If a provider:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Declines a booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancels a confirmed service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Becomes unavailable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Closes operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club may propose a <strong>replacement provider<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If the customer accepts the replacement:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Booking continues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No refund issued<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If the customer declines the replacement:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2705 <strong>100% refund<\/strong>, minus non-recoverable processing fees (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Partial Service Completion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.1 Diving Trips<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds apply <strong>only to unused dive days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed dives are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.2 Diving Courses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds apply <strong>only to undelivered course days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Course materials, registration, and completed training are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Dispute-Based Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.1 Dispute Window (Strict)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Diving trips:<\/strong> within <strong>5 days<\/strong> from the first dive day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diving courses:<\/strong> within <strong>5 days<\/strong> from the first course day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.2 Valid Dispute Grounds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Service not delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provider no-show<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serious misrepresentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verified safety violations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Amount:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Up to <strong>100%<\/strong>, depending on investigation outcome<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Provider payouts may be withheld during dispute resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Force Majeure Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Examples include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Severe weather<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government or port authority restrictions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natural disasters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sea or port closures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u274c No guaranteed refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Possible outcomes (case by case):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Partial refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rebooking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Payment Processing &amp; Currency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All payments and refunds are processed in <strong>USD<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Currency exchange differences are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stripe processing fees are non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Abuse &amp; Chargebacks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If a customer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Files a chargeback without contacting support, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeatedly abuses refund requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deny refunds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspend or terminate the account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
