Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the use of the Diventures Club website and platform (\u201cPlatform\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club is operated by <strong>Diventures Magazine LTD<\/strong>, a company registered in the United Kingdom (\u201cDiventures Club\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Platform Role and Scope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club operates as an <strong>online marketplace and intermediary<\/strong> that connects customers with independent third-party service providers, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dive Centers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freelance Scuba Instructors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freelance Technical Instructors <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freelance Divemasters (Dive Guides)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commercial Diving Schools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club <strong>does not provide diving services<\/strong>, training, instruction, equipment, supervision, or operational control over any diving activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/diventureshub.com\/club\/vendor-agreement\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"644\">All services listed on the Platform are provided solely by independent third-party providers.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Independent Service Providers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All service providers listed on Diventures Club are <strong>independent contractors<\/strong> and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Diventures Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each provider is solely responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery of the service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety standards and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment and maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff qualifications and certifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance coverage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with local laws and regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club does not supervise or control how providers perform their services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Eligibility and User Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By using the Platform, you confirm that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are at least 18 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You meet all certification, medical, and fitness requirements required for the booked activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You are responsible for ensuring that your health condition, training level, and certification are appropriate for the selected service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Bookings and Service Requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All bookings made through Diventures Club are <strong>booking requests<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A booking is considered confirmed <strong>only after the selected service provider accepts the request<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a provider declines, becomes unavailable, or ceases operations, Diventures Club may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offer an alternative provider in the same area, subject to your confirmation, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process a refund in accordance with the Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club does not guarantee the availability of any specific provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Payments and Currency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All payments are processed online through <strong>Stripe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers are required to pay <strong>100% of the service price<\/strong> at the time of booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are processed in <strong>USD<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any displayed currency conversion is provided for reference only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club acts as a <strong>payment intermediary<\/strong>, temporarily holding funds before releasing payouts to service providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Provider Replacement and Referral<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If a service provider:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancels a booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Becomes unavailable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Closes operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fails to deliver the agreed service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club reserves the right to propose an alternative provider in the same area and category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No replacement will be made without the customer\u2019s confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If no suitable alternative is accepted, a refund may be issued in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/diventureshub.com\/club\/refund_returns\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"11\">Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Disputes and Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Any dispute or complaint related to a service must be submitted within the following timeframes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Diving trips:<\/strong> within 5 days from the first day of the trip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diving courses:<\/strong> within 5 days from the first day of the course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Disputes submitted outside these periods may not be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club may temporarily withhold provider payouts during dispute investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Diving Risks and Assumption of Risk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Scuba diving and related activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By booking through Diventures Club, you acknowledge and accept that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation is at your own risk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diventures Club does not provide medical, training, or safety advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for complying with all certification and medical requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/diventureshub.com\/club\/disclaimer\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"635\">You agree that any claims related to the execution of services must be directed to the service provider, not Diventures Club.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diventures Club shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from services provided by third-party providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diventures Club shall not be liable for accidents, equipment failure, weather conditions, or provider misconduct<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club\u2019s liability, if any, is strictly limited to the platform service fees paid by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Cancellations and Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellations and refunds are governed exclusively by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/diventureshub.com\/club\/refund_returns\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"11\">Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/a><\/strong>, which forms an integral part of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Suspension and Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if a user:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Violates these Terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuses the Platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All content, branding, text, graphics, and platform features are the property of Diventures Club or its licensors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Amendments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club may update these Terms at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the <strong>United Kingdom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16.
