Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This Code of Conduct defines the professional, ethical, and operational standards required of all service providers listed on <strong>Diventures Club<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compliance with this Code is mandatory for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dive Centers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freelance Technical Instructors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freelance Scuba Instructors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freelance Divemasters (Dive Guides)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commercial Diving Schools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination from the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Professional Standards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Service providers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Act professionally and respectfully at all times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate clearly and honestly with customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide services as described in listings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain punctuality and reliability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid misleading or deceptive practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Safety &amp; Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Providers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow recognized diving safety standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct proper briefings before activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure equipment is safe, functional, and suitable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor environmental and weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancel or modify activities if safety is compromised<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Safety decisions must always take precedence over commercial considerations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Certifications, Licensing &amp; Insurance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Providers are required to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain valid certifications appropriate to the services offered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold all required licenses and permits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain adequate insurance coverage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure staff qualifications are current and verifiable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Providers must supply documentation upon request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Accuracy of Listings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Providers must ensure that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Service descriptions are accurate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices are transparent and complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability is up to date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Images and media reflect actual services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Misrepresentation may lead to immediate suspension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Booking &amp; Cancellation Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Providers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respond to booking requests in a timely manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Honor confirmed bookings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid unnecessary cancellations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notify Diventures Club immediately if a cancellation is unavoidable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Repeated cancellations or declines may affect listing visibility or result in removal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Customer Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Providers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treat customers fairly and respectfully<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid pressuring customers into additional purchases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect customer privacy and personal data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address concerns professionally and promptly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer complaints will be monitored and reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Payment &amp; Platform Integrity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Providers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the Platform for all bookings and payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not request or accept off-platform payments for Platform bookings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect payout structures and timelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooperate in disputes, refunds, and chargebacks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Circumventing the Platform may result in permanent removal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Ethical &amp; Legal Compliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Providers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comply with all applicable laws and regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operate within local and international legal frameworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid illegal, unsafe, or unethical practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any unlawful activity will result in immediate termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Environmental Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Providers are encouraged to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow responsible diving practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid damage to marine life and ecosystems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educate customers on sustainable behavior<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with local conservation regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Environmental negligence may affect provider status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Confidentiality &amp; Data Protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Providers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protect customer data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use personal information only for service fulfillment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid sharing or misusing data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Data misuse is grounds for termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Monitoring &amp; Enforcement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor provider performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate complaints or reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspend or terminate providers for violations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove listings without prior notice in serious cases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Decisions are made in the best interest of platform integrity and safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Relationship to Other Agreements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This Code of Conduct forms an integral part of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/diventureshub.com\/club\/vendor-agreement\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"644\">Service Provider Agreement \u2013 Version A<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/diventureshub.com\/club\/vendor-agreement-commercial\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"899\">Service Provider Agreement \u2013 Version B<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/diventureshub.com\/club\/terms-conditions\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"633\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of conflict, the Provider Agreement shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Amendments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diventures Club may update this Code of Conduct from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continued participation on the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15.
